Is APEX ECC Telehealth available for pet owners?

Our telehealth service is only available for licensed veterinarians. We proved the vet care for your pet with live access to international experts which mined delays in diagnosis and treatment, and allows the hospital where your pet if being cared for to provide them with the highest level of care.

Who are the Board Certified ECC Specialist at APEX ECC Telehealth?

We have an international team of ECC Specialists, all of whom are Board Certified by the American College of Veterinary Emergency and Critical Care, European College of Veterinary Emergency and Critical Care, or Fellowship of Australia and New Zealand College of Veterinary Scientists; as we as having an active veterinary license in their local veterinary jurisdiction.

Do I need to register first?

Yes. By registering your hospital or hospital network we can ensure we adhere to local policies and procedures, and provide your hospital with secure loin details that does not involve a paywall.

I work for a hospital network, does the entire network need to register?

We recognised each hospital has different requirements. We do offer hospital network accounts which may the service available for everyone in the network which requires centralised agreements. If however you want to use the service for a single hospital within a network we can certainly set this up.

Your appointment is integrated to the APEX ECC Telehealth platform which uses state-of-the-art video conferencing. This enables the clinician to securely share important clinical information such as blood test, radiographs, ultrasound reports in real time, without having to create and upload any documents prior.

What animal species does APEX ECC Telehealth provide consultations for?

All ECC Specialists have expert training in both canine and feline species. Unfortunately we are not able to provide consultation on other species.
